Thai Red Curry



  1. Cook zucchini, corn and broccolini in wok. Remove when done.
  2. Brown the chicken in wok and stir in curry paste.
  3. After a few minutes, stir thru the coconut milk.
  4. When chicken is cooked, stir thru the vegetables.
  5. Add the basil and chilli.
  6. Serve on a bed of rice.


You can try marinating the chicken in the curry paste for a richer flavour
