Installing UFW

UFW or Uncomplicated Firewall is a program designed to make it easier to configure a firewall on a Linux system. It works by providing an easy to use wrapper around iptables, and when I say easy to use, I really do mean it is much easier than trying to wrap your head around iptables.

Installation

Installing UFW can be done with apt.

sudo apt install ufw

Enabling the Firewall

The next step is to enable the firewall.
